Youssef Fassi-Fihri
CEO, Specialty MGA Africa & Middle East
Youssef Fassi-Fihri is a global reinsurance executive with 30+ years (re)insurance and industrial experience with a proven track record in building and transforming companies.
He is a former CEO, having successfully led SCR (Société Centrale de Réassurance) in opening offices across Africa and developing international markets in Middle East and Asia.
Achieving, with a committed team, two strategic plans STRONG 2 and We Transform Tomorrow Together We3T in nearly 8 years, an increase in gross written premiums of over 20% each year and to reach in 2022 350 million US dollars and with a resilient ROE of over 11.5%.
Diversification by expanding international business Africa and Asia (50% of net written premiums in 2022), creating new lines of business (natural catastrophes, agri, energy, financial lines…) and diversifying activities through MGA.
